Mr. Kroll heads the origination and operations for SCS, where he manages the origination of investment opportunities on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining SCS, Mr. Kroll was the co-founding principal (along with Mr. Mehrfar) and senior managing director of KM Home Group, a New York based real estate investment and development firm. At KM Home Group, Mr. Kroll was principally responsible for the acquisition of land properties for residential development and management. Mr. Kroll also oversaw all construction projects on behalf of the company. In addition, Mr. Kroll is the Senior Managing Principal and President of Kroll Properties, a New York City based boutique full service real estate brokerage firm, which specializes in investment properties and residential leasing. Prior to founding KM Home Group, Mr. Kroll founded Electra Training LLC, a professional school, which instructed traders in various long/short trading strategies for US equities at advanced and intermediate levels. During that time, Mr. Kroll was also the head equity trader and risk manager for a large scaled long/short proprietary trading firm and managed over 150 traders in multiple offices in the Tri-State area. Mr. Kroll was also responsible for managing the firm's relationship with Goldman Sachs, who acted, through various subsidiaries, as the company's prime broker and clearing firm. During his career, Mr. Kroll has held the Series 24, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Series 55 brokerage licenses. Mr. Kroll is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. |
