Investors will receive an average of 2 to 4 analyzed, underwritten, and structured transactions per month for review, followed by a detailed investment memorandum
Investors will choose those investments in which they elect to participate initially through a soft commitment
Investors who have provided soft commitments will then receive a final investment memo and electronic access to key asset data and information
Investors who choose to commit to a particular transaction will receive final transaction documents
Investors will have the ability to view asset data and information, and generally monitor the investment, post-closing
