Project Details |
Ground-up construction, development and sale of a 178 acre, 2.3 million SF office, industrial and flex building park by one of the principals of SCS. Additionally, the acquisition and development and sale of a 400 acre tailings pond site in need of improvements, including environmental remediation. |

Acquire and develop the sites into business parks. |
Structure |
Both parks were developed into the leading commercial business parks in Salt Lake City. A construction company was formed to perform various site development and earthwork in-house (over 500 acres) and perform various construction projects for third party investors and developers. Construction improvements included roads, sewers, water, fiber optics, environmental remediation, landfill consultation and earthwork, and building pad construction. |
