Since 2002, SCS has originated, structured and funded approximately USD$1billion.

By leveraging our expertise and core competencies SCS delivers customized financial solutions and funds transactions at any level of the required capital structure. Where appropriate, SCS’s independent advisory team can assist project sponsors in structuring, financing, restructuring or acquisition opportunities. 

In May 2008, SCS opened its London office to maximize Pan-European investment opportunities with a target of at least 500 million Euros of debt and equity opportunity investments over the remainder of 2008 and 2009.
